A. Yes, we can make the same badges based on the sample photo. If the badge is very important and quantity is big, then please send us the physical sample to us via DHL/UPS/FEDEX, so we can guarantee the quality.

Q. How long will it take to get my embroidered animal badges?

A. We normally deliver embroidered patches& woven badges and woven labels within 10 days after getting the sample confirmation. If your delivery time is very urgent, then please inform us in advance. The production time is mainly based on the order quantity.

Q. What’s the shipping way and shipping cost?

A. We have big discount from DHL. So our main shipping way is DHL. If you need UPS, FEDEX or other shipping company, then we can also do it. The shipping cost is based on the weight and volume.

Q. How many different backing options can you offer for embroidered animal badges?

A. If you have vectored art in an .ai, eps or, psd file, we would prefer to work with that, however, we can accept most common type of files, such as .jpg, .png, and pdf.

Q. Can you make animal badges that are smaller than 2”.

A. Yes, we can, however, the minimum size of the badge would depend on the level of detail in the design. We have many different options for patches, such as embroidered badges, woven badges, chenille badges and printed badges. I am sure you will choose one of them.

Q. What is the largest badges you can make for animal embroidered badges?

A. It is mainly based on the badges you want. For normal embroidered badges, we can make them as large as 25 inches width when the height is 17 inches.

Q. Will I have extra pieces of badges in hand?

A. Yes, we will send at least 2 pcs extra samples to you. So you can keep them in stock for references. If some of our patches are in low quality, just share with us, then we will send you the new ones for free of charges.
