Q. What’s the shipping way and shipping cost?

A. We have big discount from DHL. So our main shipping way is DHL. If you need UPS, FEDEX or other shipping company, then we can also do it. The shipping cost is based on the weight and volume.

Q. How many different backing options can you offer for epaulets??

A. For embroidered epaulets, woven epaulets there are more than 6 different backing options: plain backing, heat seal backing, plastic backing, Vilene backing, Velcro backing, adhesive backing and other special requests.

Q. When will I be charged for the epaulet order?

A. Once you send us the approval to proceed, we will charge you the cost and arrange the orders. If you have many orders per month, then we can charge just once in a month to save your handling fee.

A. Because all of our epaulets are custom-made, they hold absolutely no value for anyone other than the person ordering them. Because of this, we must require payment at the time of the order.

Q. Will you show my epaulet to others?

A. No, we won’t share your epaulet pictures to anyone without getting your permission, (same as woven epaulet)

Q. Will I have extra pieces of epaulets in hand?

A. Yes, we will send at least 2 pcs extra samples to you. So you can keep them in stock for references. If some of our epaulets are in low quality, just share with us, then we will send you the new ones for free of charges.
