A. For embroidered keychain, we have more than 100 different twill colors; for woven keychain, there are more than 1000 colors twill.

Q. Will I see my keychain sample picture before arranging the bulk production?

A. Yes, we will send the sample pictures via emails. If you do not like the proof that we send you, you can request whatever changes that we need to make and we will gladly revise the proof to your satisfaction. We do not charge for any proofs or revisions.

Q. When will I be charged for the embroidered keychain order?

A. Once you send us the approval to proceed, we will charge you the cost and arrange the orders. If you have many orders per month, then we can charge just once in a month to save your handling fee.

Q. Why do I have to pay for my embroidered keychain up front?

A. Because all of our key chains are custom-made, they hold absolutely no value for anyone other than the person ordering them.

Q. What type of art file formats do you accept when I place the keychain orders?

A. If you have vectored art in an .ai, eps or, psd file, we would prefer to work with that, however, we can accept most common type of files, such as .jpg, .png, and pdf.

Q. What’s the smallest size for embroidered keychain?

A. It is based on the details on your artwork. We will make them as small as possible.
