A. Please tell us your ideas, your needed colors, size. We will make the patches’ artwork until getting your approval.

Q. Can you make a same animal embroidered keychain which I bought from other companies in the past?

A. Yes, we can make the same keychain based on the sample photo. If the patch is very important and quantity is big, then please send us the physical sample to us via DHL/UPS/FEDEX, so we can guarantee the quality.

Q. How long will it take to get my embroidered keychain?

A. We normally deliver embroidered keychain& woven keychain within 10 days after getting the sample confirmation. If your delivery time is very urgent, then please inform us in advance. The production time is mainly based on the order quantity.

Q. What’s the shipping way and shipping cost?

A. We have big discount from DHL. So our main shipping way is DHL. If you need UPS, FEDEX or other shipping company, then we can also do it. The shipping cost is based on the weight and volume.

Q. When will I be charged for the embroidered keychain order?

A. Once you send us the approval to proceed, we will charge you the cost and arrange the orders. If you have many orders per month, then we can charge just once in a month to save your handling fee.

Q. Why do I have to pay for my embroidered keychain up front?

A. Because all of our key chains are custom-made, they hold absolutely no value for anyone other than the person ordering them.

Q. What type of art file formats do you accept when I place the keychain orders?

A. If you have vectored art in an .ai, eps or, psd file, we would prefer to work with that, however, we can accept most common type of files, such as .jpg, .png, and pdf.

Q. What is the largest keychain you can make?

A. It is mainly based on the patches you want. Normally our biggest keychain is about 18cm width.
