Q. What is the minimum quantity from your factory?

A. We don’t have MOQ for embroidered badges and woven badges, though you just buy 1 piece.

Q. What can I do if I don’t have an artwork?

A. Please tell us your ideas, your needed colors, size. We will make the patches’ artwork until getting your approval.

Q. How many colors can you create in a badge?

A. For embroidered badge, we can create at most 16 colors; for woven badges, we can create at most 12 colors; for printed badges, there is no minimum color limited, we can print them based on the photo.

Q. How do I get started?

A. Please send us emails with the artwork, size, needed backing, quantity and other special requests. Then we will make the samples after getting your

Q. How do I pay my orders to you?

A. We accept bank transfer, Paypal and Western Union.

Q. How many different backing options can you offer for badges?

A. For embroidered badges, woven badges and printed badges, there are more than 6 different backing options: plain backing, heat seal backing, plastic backing, Vilene backing, Velcro backing, adhesive backing and other special requests.

Q. When will I be charged for the order?

A. Once you send us the approval to proceed, we will charge you the cost and arrange the orders. If you have many orders per month, then we can charge just once in a month to save your handling fee.

Q. Why do I have to pay for my badges up front?

A. Because all of our patches are custom-made, they hold absolutely no value for anyone other than the person ordering them. Because of this, we must require payment at the time of the order.

Q. Will you show my embroidered badges to others?

A. No, we won’t share your embroidered badges pictures to anyone without getting your permission, (same as woven patches and printed badges)

Q. Will I have extra pieces of badges in hand?

A. Yes, we will send at least 2 pcs extra samples to you. So you can keep them in stock for references. If some of our badges are in low quality, just share with us, then we will send you the new ones for free of charges.
