Q. What can I do if I don’t have an artwork?

A. Please tell us your ideas, your needed colors, size. We will make the patches artwork until getting your approval.

Q. How many colors can you create in a embroidered badge?

A. For embroidered badge, we can create at most 16 colors; for woven badge, we can create at most 12 colors; for printed badge, there is no minimum color limited, we can print them based on the photo.

Q. How do I pay my orders to you?

A. We accept bank transfer, Paypal and Western Union.

Q. How many different backing options can you offer for badges?

A. For embroidered badges, woven badges and printed badges, there are more than 6 different backing options: plain backing, heat seal backing, plastic backing, Vilene backing, Velcro backing, adhesive backing and other special requests.

Q. Will I see my badge sample picture before arranging the bulk production?

A. Yes, we will send the sample pictures via emails. If you do not like the proof that we send you, you can request whatever changes that we need to make and we will gladly revise the proof to your satisfaction. We do not charge for any proofs or revisions.

Q. Why do I have to pay for my badges up front?

A. Because all of our badges are custom-made, they hold absolutely no value for anyone other than the person ordering them. Because of this, we must require payment at the time of the order.

Q. What type of art file formats do you accept?

A. If you have vectored art in an .ai, eps or, psd file, we would prefer to work with that, however, we can accept most common type of files, such as .jpg, .png, and pdf.

Q. Can you make badges that are smaller than 2”.

A. Yes, we can, however, the minimum size of the badge would depend on the level of detail in the design. We have many different options for badges, such as embroidered badges, woven badges, chenille badges and printed badges. I am sure you will choose one of them.

Q. Will you show my embroidered badges to others?

A. No, we won’t share your embroidered badges pictures to anyone without getting your permission, (same as woven badges and printed badges)
