Q. Can you make a same embroidered badge which I bought from other companies in the past?

A. Yes, we can make the same badges based on the sample photo. If the badge is very important and quantity is big, then please send us the physical sample to us via DHL/UPS/FEDEX, so we can guarantee the quality.

Q. How long will it take to get my badges?

A. We normally deliver embroidered badges& woven badges and woven labels within 10 days after getting the sample confirmation. If your delivery time is very urgent, then please inform us in advance. The production time is main based on the order quantity.

A. We accept bank transfer, Paypal and Western Union.

Q. How many different backing options can you offer for badges?

A. For embroidered badges, woven badges and printed badges, there are more than 6 different backing options: plain backing, heat seal backing, plastic backing, Vilene backing, Velcro backing, adhesive backing and other special requests.

Q. When will I be charged for the order?

A. Once you send us the approval to proceed, we will charge you the cost and arrange the orders. If you have many orders per month, then we can charge just once in a month to save your handling fee.

Q. Why do I have to pay for my badges up front?

A. Because all of our badges are custom-made, they hold absolutely no value for anyone other than the person ordering them. Because of this, we must require payment at the time of the order.

Q. What type of art file formats do you accept?

A. If you have vectored art in an .ai, eps or, psd file, we would prefer to work with that, however, we can accept most common type of files, such as .jpg, .png, and pdf.

Q. Can you make badges that are smaller than 2”.

A. Yes, we can, however, the minimum size of the patch would depend on the level of detail in the design. We have many different options for badges, such as embroidered badges, woven badges, chenille badges and printed badges. I am sure you will choose one of them.

Q. Will you show my embroidered badges to others?

A. No, we won’t share your embroidered patches pictures to anyone without getting your permission, (same as woven patches and printed patches)
