Q. Where is your company and factory located?

A. We are from Shenzhen, China which is one of the biggest and most famous cities.

Q. What can I do if I don’t have an artwork?

A. Please tell us your ideas, your needed colors, size. We will make the patches’ artwork until getting your approval.

Q. How many colors can you create in a badge?

A. For embroidered badge, we can create at most 16 colors; for woven badge, we can create at most 12 colors; for printed badge, there is no minimum color limited, we can print them based on the photo.

Q. How long will it take to get my badges?

A. We normally deliver embroidered badges& woven badges and woven labels within 10 days after getting the sample confirmation. If your delivery time is very urgent, then please inform us in advance. The production time is main based on the order quantity.

Q. How do I pay my orders to you?

A. We accept bank transfer, Paypal and Western Union.

Q. What’s the shipping way and shipping cost?

A. We have big discount from DHL. So our main shipping way is DHL. If you need UPS, FEDEX or other shipping company, then we can also do it. The shipping cost is based on the weight and volume.

Q. Will I see my badge sample picture before arranging the bulk production?

A. Yes, we will send the sample pictures via emails. If you do not like the proof that we send you, you can request whatever changes that we need to make and we will gladly revise the proof to your satisfaction. We do not charge for any proofs or revisions.

Q. Why do I have to pay for my badges up front?

A. Because all of our badges are custom-made, they hold absolutely no value for anyone other than the person ordering them. Because of this, we must require payment at the time of the order.

Q. Can you make badges that are smaller than 2”.

A. Yes, we can, however, the minimum size of the badge would depend on the level of detail in the design. We have many different options for patches, such as embroidered badges, woven badges, chenille badges and printed badges. I am sure you will choose one of them.

Q. Will I have extra pieces of badges in hand?

A. Yes, we will send at least 2 pcs extra samples to you. So you can keep them in stock for references. If some of our patches are in low quality, just share with us, then we will send you the new ones for free of charges.
